Thank you for your interest in our Yoga Teacher Training.
This training is designed for students who want to deepen their understanding and practice of yoga, develop a strong foundation in teaching and explore yoga as a meaningful practice both on and beyond the mat.
Whether your intention is to teach professionally or simply to deepen your own practice, we welcome applicants who are curious, committed and willing to learn.
A small, focused training group
To ensure an intimate learning environment and meaningful individual attention, the training is limited to 8 participants.
A minimum of 4 participants is required for the training to proceed. Your place will only be confirmed once the minimum number of participants has been reached and your application has been accepted.

You don't need to be able to do advanced poses.
